Awards Day...

Today was awards day at Taylor's school! We are so proud of her. It is hard to believe that she will be in the Second Grade next year. Taylor made the Academic Honor Roll by making all A's & B's this year. The students who made all A's received both a medal and a trophy. It was so cute because when the principal made the announcement I leaned over to Nathan and said "Man...that one B". Guess what Taylor's first words to me when we saw her after the ceremony..."Mommy that one B! Oh, well!" I'm glad she realizes that she still did great! I hope she continues to love school. She was chosen to receive the Accelerated Reader Award from her entire class. See all those nights of wanting to pull my hair out because she didn't want to take her eyes off of the stupid T.V. to read did pay off!
