My solace...

I was talking to Nathan recently when he asked "weren't you suppose to get that off of your 'plate'? Or is it a 'platter'?" To which I responded..."it is more like a smorgasbord buffet". We both had a good laugh and moved on.

When I was using this analogy with my friend, Latisha, she had this to add..."it is more like an all-you-can eat smorgasbord buffet. Just when you think you have finished they bring more stuff out and refill it."

This is my life! Hopefully the restaurant will be closing soon and we can go home!
