Overnight...
I went from "Mommy" to "Mom" overnight. Since when does a 3 year old call the female figure in their life "Mom". I must admit as much as I wish it hadn't come to this; it really is quite cute when she says it so matter of a factly.

My kids tried that on me a few years ago and I wasn't ready so I told them that they weren't old enough to call me Mom. It was kinda funny.
Well, now, I get Mom from most of them. :( They grow up too fast, for sure.
