When Nathan and I were in Nantucket we found out that this cottage was for sale. It was so quaint, adorable and conveniently located downtown right next to the harbor. It would literally be a hop, skip and a jump to make the ferry when going to the mainland. So you can understand our excitement when we found out the asking price was a mere $3.2 million...pocket change...yeah right!
