We were stopped at the corner of Hwy 98 and Daughtry when I heard Taylor ask "Mommy what is that phone doing there?" "What phone?" I asked.A bit disgusted that she was having to clarify I heard "that phone in the parking lot at the 7-Eleven!" "Well, it is there for when you need to call someone" I explained.
"Why don't they just use their cell phone?" she asked confused. "Because not everyone has a cell phone" I further explained. "Oh, really" she said even more confused.
This got me to thinking and I thought I would do a bit of reminiscing.

If you can identify with at least half of this list then you, my friend, are a "Child of the 80's." Was that a great time or what?

just so you know, my girls are into my little pony pretty good. somethings never change. did you have parachute pants on that list? that might have been before your time. you were tail end of the 80's i was smack dab in the middle. you gotta dig up some visuals on all these things. i bet i could find some dirt on you and tiffany.
You remember a lot! I forgot some of those things, nice to remember.
They are always your babies even lat 20,30,40, 50 and on. I remember Little Currie saying to me "your my baby girl."

Oh I love it. These brought back so many memories! The slouch socks, the break dancing (I even took LESSONS!), NKOTB (have you heard their new song?) oh so many memories!! Good tiimes!!
