Could it, would it...

Hardly able to stand it Taylor was counting down the days this week until she could spend the morning at a cheer leading camp with her friend Aubrey. The the two girls were so cute and I was able to spend the morning chit chatting with my friend, Aubrey's mom.

All seemed to be going well until my little one became self conscious! The perfectionist in her suddenly realized that she couldn't move fast enough to the dance steps she was being taught and it became too much. She quickly headed to me, in tears, for comfort. Fortunately lunch was soon there and the day was ended with games.

On the ride home she wanted to call her cousins Amber and Lindsey, both cheerleaders. She needed her cousins! She needed to know would it, could it ever be fun. Not privy to the conversation she was having with little Miss Amburgler all I know is that she heard what she needed to hear and was ready to pick herself back up and start again.

If you had seen her this morning and were looking through the window in our kitchen tonight you would have thought she was a different child. A smile radiated her face. The chant was memorized and the moves were slowly coming into place. She had been practicing.

Thanks Ambi-Bambi! I love you with all my heart!
